How
can I request a Special Meal on a flight? |
| A.
|
Most
airlines are happy to provide vegetarian and other special
meals according to religious or dietary restrictions.
The special meal must be requested at least 3 days prior
to your departure. Please give ECT any meal requirements
you may have at the time of booking. |

How
do I pay for my travel arrangements? |
| A.
|
All
travel arrangements booked by ECT will be invoiced in
U.K. Pounds.
We accept Cash, Cheques and Travelers Cheques in U.K.
Pounds, as well as VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Diners Club, JCB, Switch, Solo and VISA Debit.

Cash / Travelers Cheques: Please pay in person at
our office.

Personal Cheques: Please allow a few days for bank
clearance procedures.

Credit Cards: A service charge of 2% of the total
invoice is applicable.
- Debit
Cards: No service charge is applicable.

How
do I obtain my travel documents? |
| A.

Once
your travel arrangements are finalised and paid for, we
will post your documents to you by First Class Royal Mail.
Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your documents
personally at one of our offices. For departures from
Japan, we offer a courier service for delivery of documents
to the traveler for an additional £20.00. |

Please
tell me about Passport and Visa Requirements. |
| A.

- Passport:
British Citizens: A full 10-year passport is required
for all destinations. It is recommended that your
passport be valid for at least 6 months after the
date of your arrival back into the U.K.
- Citizens
of other countries: ECT can provide information on
requirements for the countries you plan to visit.
- Visas
may be required for countries to which you are traveling.
ECT can assist you with obtaining most required Visas
for travel, through our Visa Service.
It
is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid
passport and visa for any country that you intend to visit. |

Yes.
ECT recommends travel insurance for peace of mind whenever
you travel abroad. We offer a range of policies to
meet
your insurance requirements, through two reputable insurance
companies:
